Embassy Bank for the Lehigh Valley, EOE/AA, is growing and has an opening for a full-time Business Banking Document Specialist to be located in our main office in Bethlehem, PA. Responsibilities for this position will include, but not be limited to: Thorough working knowledge of Laser Pro software for preparing commercial loan documents, computer technology using DNA CORE, MS Office (Word & Excel), Internet based applications, etc., and advanced comprehensive knowledge with respect to lending compliance and regulatory practices. Provide administrative support to the commercial lending team. Interface with internal bank employees, title agents, attorneys and bank customers.
Candidates should possess a strong multi-tasking aptitude, attention to detail, positive people-person social skills, as well as ultimately being a team player. Effective communication, time management, critical thinking and customer service skills are crucial.
